“Relationships… it’s what Hollub Group has been about for as long as I can remember,” says Harry Hollub.
Harry grew up immersed in the world of construction, accompanying his father to job sites from the time he was a toddler. After earning an MBA from the University of Miami and working as a Financial Analyst for Ryder Systems, Harry joined Hollub Group full-time in 1986, following the completion of his contractor’s license.
Harry’s passion for building is matched by his commitment to innovation. He is constantly exploring new methods and materials to enhance the quality and functionality of Hollub homes. Known for his straightforward approach, Harry has earned a reputation for making the often-overwhelming process of building or renovating a home seamless and enjoyable for clients.
With a unique ability to connect with clients on a personal level, Harry is highly sought after in the luxury home market. His unwavering demand for quality and attention to detail have become hallmarks of Hollub Group’s reputation. Aaron Hollub
President
Aaron Hollub joined Hollub Group in 2014 as the first third-generation Hollub to step into the family business, continuing a legacy of exceptional home building and development.
Before joining the company, Aaron gained invaluable experience working at the New York Stock Exchange. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Aaron’s journey to Hollub Group started at an early age, accompanying his grandfather Harry and father Marvin on visits to the office and job sites. Since transitioning from the corporate world, Aaron has played a key role in all aspects of the business, including construction management and business development.
In addition to his work with Hollub Group, Aaron serves as Managing Partner of Pine Bay Real Estate, a firm specializing in construction financing and bridge loans for South Florida-based real estate developers. His leadership and dedication to the family legacy continue to drive Hollub Group’s success in creating award-winning, luxury homes.
Amy Marcus Hollub
VP Real Estate Sales
Amy Hollub’s journey to her role as Vice President of Real Estate Sales for Hollub Group has been shaped by two dynamic careers: law and real estate. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Amy practiced law for eight years, specializing in commercial litigation and aviation insurance defense. In 2005, inspired by the design and craftsmanship of Hollub Group, she transitioned into real estate and joined the family business.
In her role, Amy provides strategic direction and oversees all sales efforts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service. She also plays a pivotal role in property acquisition, leveraging her deep knowledge of the area’s prime building locations to help clients secure their dream homes. Amy’s strong relationships within the real estate community further enhance her ability to deliver exceptional results, making her an invaluable resource for Hollub Group’s clients.
Beyond her work, Amy is deeply involved in the community, dedicating her time and expertise to various nonprofit organizations and initiatives.
Patricia Salamin
Senior Design Director
Originally from Panama, Patricia Salamin brings a cultured, international perspective to her role as Senior Design Director at Hollub Group. She earned her degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the University of Panama and later refined her skills at the prestigious Istituto Europeo Di Design in Milan.
Patricia began her career as an interior designer in Panama before relocating to Miami in 2009, where she has since established herself as a leader in luxury home design. With over 15 years of experience, Patricia’s innovative approach and meticulous attention to detail have been instrumental in helping Hollub Group achieve industry recognition. Her work has contributed to Hollub Group receiving prestigious accolades such as the Houzz Best of Design Awards (multiple years) and the Builder’s Association of South Florida’s Best of Show Award, which the firm has won twice.
Patricia’s designs reflect a seamless blend of timeless elegance and modern sophistication, ensuring each Hollub home is as functional as it is beautiful. Her international background and extensive expertise make her an invaluable member of the team, elevating the design standards for Hollub Group’s award-winning projects.
Marvin Hollub
Founder and Advisor
Marvin Hollub is the founder of Hollub Group, a company he established in 1954 in what is now Pinecrest, FL. A graduate of the University of Miami, Marvin’s vision and dedication have been the driving force behind Hollub Group’s reputation for excellence in custom home building.
For more than six decades, Marvin has remained a cornerstone of the business, known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality. Even today, you can find him visiting job sites nearly every day, “just making sure everything is in order.” His hands-on approach continues to inspire both the team and the next generations of the Hollub family.
Marvin and his wife, Mimi, have been happily married for over 70 years and enjoy spending time his many grandchildren. His legacy of integrity, craftsmanship, and community-building lives on in every project Hollub Group undertakes.
