“Relationships…it’s what Hollub Homes has been about for as long as I can remember,” says Harry. Harry grew up on the job sites, accompanying his father from the time he was a toddler. After receiving an MBA from the University of Miami and working for Ryder Systems as a Financial Analyst, he joined Hollub Homes full time in 1986 after obtaining his contractor’s license.
Harry’s passion for building has him constantly looking for new methods and materials to incorporate in his homes. However, it is his straight-forward approach which has made Hollub Homes the talk of the town.
Harry is credited with demystifying what can be an overwhelming process of building a home or renovation. His uncanny ability of connecting to his clients has made him a sought-after builder in the marketplace. That coupled with his unwavering demand for quality of workmanship has made Hollub Homes, as one customer says, “different than any other builder in the market!”
Aaron is the first 3rd generation Hollub to join the family business.
Prior to joining Hollub Group, Aaron worked for NYSE Euronext on the trading floor of the New York Exchange Exchange. Aaron graduated with Honors from Georgetown University (BSBA) and the Kellogg School of Management (MBA) with concentrations in real estate and entrepreneurship.
His path to Hollub Homes began at an early age with trips to the office and job sites with Harry and Marvin. Since deciding to leave the corporate world to carry on the family tradition of exceptional home building and development, Aaron has been involved in all aspects of the business – from construction management to business development. Aaron is also the Managing Partner of Pine Bay Ventures, which provides construction financing and bridge loans to other South Florida based real estate developers.
